After reviewing the webinar on using MCP to link Jira to AI (copilot) to PractiTest, I want to bring this to our leadership but also want to know what existing MCP’s would be required to link between Jira - Co-Pilot and then co-Pilot to PractiTest.

Steve, thanks for posting! Happy to hear you are interested in trying out PractiTest’s MCP.
MCP is agnostic. You do not need a special “Jira to PractiTest MCP.”
You need:
-
An MCP server that exposes Jira data
-
The PractiTest MCP server
-
An AI client, such as Copilot, that can connect to both
The AI connects independently to each MCP server and orchestrates between them. It reads from Jira via its MCP, then creates or updates items in PractiTest via its MCP.
There is no hardwired Jira → Copilot → PractiTest pipeline. The AI sits in the middle and interacts with both systems through standardized MCP interfaces.
You can find the options that are available for the PractiTest MCP here.
