Retrieve custom_filters using practitest api

PractiTest web app calls a request to load filters applied in the Test Library section.

Currently, there is no endpoint in PractiTest API v2 documentation to fetch the values by above request.
Since API provides the endpoint to retrieve tests by filter-id, it makes sense to have an endpoint to retrieve all the filters.

That’s correct that at the moment we don’t have open API for filters, but we would appreciate if you could add it as a feature request here and we will review it.
