Our ClickUp workspace is structured as follows:
Workspace → Folder (one per team) → List (one per sprint). Each team. works on its own set of items within its folder.
Our sprints are two weeks long. PractiTest currently supports a Workspace → List mapping, but Folders are not supported.
Given this limitation, is there a way to manage the integration without having to map a new sprint in PractiTest’s project settings every two weeks?
One possible workaround is to create a single, generic ClickUp list that serves as a shared repository for the integration. PractiTest can be mapped to this list, so when a bug is created from PractiTest, it’s automatically created in ClickUp there. From the ClickUp side, you can then easily assign or move the item to the relevant sprint or team list with a single click.
This approach avoids the need to remap a new sprint in PractiTest every two weeks while still keeping sprint management flexible in ClickUp.
