In order to modify the columns that appear in the grid, create a new filter in the relevant module (Requirements, Test Library, Test Sets & Runs or Issues), select a name for the filter, leave the criteria section empty, then drag the items you want to appear in grid to ‘selected’ in the custom fields section.
