Hi everyone,
Here are the PractiTest product updates for March 2026:
More Control and Clarity in Jira Integration Setup
We’ve redesigned the Jira integration settings to give you clearer control over what gets synced into PractiTest and how it’s mapped. You can now select the Jira projects to connect and define how work item types are mapped to Requirements or Issues in PractiTest. This makes the integration more direct and aligned with your workflow.
Automatically Sync Jira Sprints into PractiTest Milestones
Sync Jira sprints directly into PractiTest Milestones, keeping development and testing fully aligned. Active and future sprints are automatically created as milestones, along with their associated items, and any changes in sprint scope are reflected in real time without duplication.

Centralized View of Issues Within Test Sets
The Linked Issues tab in Test Sets gives you a complete view of all issues associated with that set. Easily track defects created during test runs without switching between modules, improving visibility and making it easier to review testing outcomes in context.
Enforce Global Fields Across All Projects (Available for Corporate Accounts)
Account Owners can enforce Global Fields across all projects, ensuring a consistent structure and data model at scale. Enforced fields are automatically applied to every project and cannot be removed at the project level, helping standardize data integrity across the entire account.
