We have recently got a large amount of support calls regarding password reset, so I wanted to clarify the process.
On the login page (https://prod.practitest.com/sessions/new), after stating your PractiTest's user email address, there is a 'Forgot your password' link.
If you don't see the password reset instructions mail in your inbox after pressing on this button, please make sure that it didn't reach the 'Spam' or 'Promotions' tabs of your inbox by mistake.
If you couldn't find the email in your Spam or Promotions tabs, you will need to whitelist all emails from practitest.com and amazonses.com, and try the 'Forgot your password' link again.
