Jira improvements: Jira filters import

Hello PractiTesters,

As part of our Jira Cloud integration improvements, we have added a new option for importing Requirements and synching issues from Jira into PractiTest.
From now on, when importing Requirements or synching issues, you can import an entire Jira filter.
In order to import a Jira filter, you first need to check the ‘Jira Filter Name’ on the import model box. The next step is choosing the name of the relevant Jira filter you want to import.

Please note, that the drop-down list of filters that you see in the model box, is filters that were either created by your unique user or starred by your user.

  • If there are tickets that you don’t have permission too within those filters, they won’t get imported.
