Is there feature in PractiTest to plan the testing builds?

You can organize the testing by Builds with the help of creating a relevant Custom Field and applying it on your data.
We recommend to apply the Build Custom Field on a Test Set/Issues levels, but you can also do it any other way according to your use case.
