Is it possible to place a Test Set within another Test Set? This would allow the user to see the status of a several Tests Sets in the Pie Chart.

There is no way of embedding Test Sets, but there are a couple of other things you may be able to do in order to provide more high-level visibility to users and stakeholders:
You can work with the Dashboard. In there you can create the same type of graphs (and even more graphs!) you can within the Test Set but across a number of Test Sets by working with Filters that encapsulate the test sets you want to aggregate.
You can work with a larger Test Set that includes all the Test Sets you wanted to aggregate and use fields such as “Assigned To” and other custom or system fields in order to organize your data and allow users to filter their relevant tests.
Personally I prefer the first option, but the second one is a valid option used by many of PractiTest users.
