We added a new option for exporting all account users. In order to export users, go the Account Settings - Manage Users - Click ‘Export All Users’.
This report will include User IDs, Display Names, User Email Addresses and a list of projects each user resides in including the relevant permission level.

Do you need a specific level of access for this feature?
Hey,
I’m not Omri Berkovich (as you might have noticed) but the only level of access that allows to see account settings features is account owner.
(I’m a Practitest account owner in our company so I have an experience with all the permissions related stuff 
)
