Bug-By-Email Not Received by PractiTest

I am testing the Bug-By-Email feature. I sent a test email to one of my projects with various types of formatting within the email body, a couple hyperlinks, and a few attached files (.docx, .pdf, .sql) so I could see how it comes through once imported into an Issue. The email never showed up in PractiTest.

Are there any restrictions which would cause an incoming issue email to not be processed by PractiTest?

The email finally showed up in my PractiTest project… 1 hour and 30 minutes later.

I am now getting multiple copies of this email as well…

I also wish to point out that none of the attachments I added to my test email came through into PractiTest.
